On the webpage it is not listed, but I was wondering if there was a minor temple to Aqualie in Windtown?  Windtown is at the crossroads of the two major rivers in Thardferr and actually has a huge canal that connects the two rivers.  

All the temples/shrines/etc listed on the gods' writeup are near/in the blood lake or near major seas.  I was just thinking there should be one to honor the rivers as well, and Windtown might make the best spot.

It wouldn't be a big deal to add one. Crosslandford has a Aqualie shrine to the river that is just a fountain in the center of the town. Windtown may have something like this or it could have a true temple. I'd lean towards something in the middle maybe, a mission perhaps? I would not think Aqualie would have a temple so far inland. not sure why though.
