Play By Post forum added

A new forum has been added to allow play by post.

The forum is set so as to not allow people to delete or modify their posts, so no cheating can occur in games / rp's involving dice rolls.

If for some reason you can not see the new boards, let me or one of the other admins know (or reply in this thread) and we will fix that for you.
