Paks leans on her quarterstaff looking at the grave of the recently buried Mage named Raito. A wicked grin spreads across her face and she can't help herself but laugh. oO My first Victim! Oo  Admittedly, he was an easy catch, I thought for sure i had him earlier this morning when he fell 30 foot from a tree and smashed into the ground, but no, his tiresome friends had to intervene and snatch him back from my grasp. But I showed them, they may have won the first round but I collected on the second.
 
Standing tall, Paks grips her staff in her hand and turns away from the grave, " well, come now Raito, let's see if we can find you a friend. "

Sitting on the river bank, with his knees pulled up to his chest, ignoring the pain of the wounds he had recieved trying to save his unfortunate mage friend, a young boy stares into the lazily flowing water. No tears come from his red rimmed eyes as he stares blankly into the unconcerned river, and he remembers the last few moments before they interred the skinny Raito.
... "You never did learn how to fly did you Mr. Raito? Here this will keep you warm, cuz I'm sure it'll be cold down there, I mean it gets chilly in my Mom's root cellar," hey says draping his cloak over the man's chest, " I wish you'd stop being so stubborn and just get up. But we have to move on, Xxian says so. Here, if you choose to wake up and want to follow us, this will help you pay your way," he presses an endor into the man's unfeeling hand, "Goodbye," he says as he stands up and walks away unable to watch as the others pile dirt over the mage....
Taith sits by the water his thoughts far more turbulent than the river.
