Not to agree with Thragnar (you know how I hate that), but:

Stop trying to complicate things. Keep It Simple !! There is absolutely no need to go through every single God at this point and change everything.

When 3rd Edition started to be discussed again it was this type of overcomplication that scared people away. Now we are going down the same road again, and it is already fustrating some of the people trying to actually work with 3rd Edition here. Discussion is great, and it will prove helpful down the road but let's slow it down some. Some discussion here already is trying to rework the FAQ which has gone to be voted on by the DMs.

I'm just trying to stress we should take things slow and convert as needed. I know many are obsessed with having everything done ahead of time, mostly because they are worried about things fitting. But let's not create something that will need to be recreated by the people who are actually playing. Let PCs and the DMs using 3e detail things like this as they are used. They will post them up for approval and change them as needed.

I'm in agreement.
