I played with Couyon when the rest of his players were 3rd Edition, and I was 2nd Edition. Never even had to convert, besides using the same system for Thac0. It is close enough so this is possible, if people worry more about IC than OOC.

I agree.

only thing is to keep the 3 within the setting if tht is done the actual game play shouldn't be a problem.

Actually if both my players are willing, I wouldn't mind DMing a playtest of 3e.

But thats only if both my players are willing Smiley
