After proposing and then voting, the DM Body has elected that the following Provisions are to be put into place regarding Trip Tickets:

***********************************

TripTicket / Game Summary Provisions:
1. - TripTickets (hereto referred as TTs) are officially deemed mandatory postings on the DM TripTicket Board in order for Players (PCs) to receive experience points (xp) and be eligible for level advancement. Said TTs for the DM TT Board will include game summary and necessary details for items, encounters and discoveries.

1.1 - No xp shall be awarded for the current session's TT until previous sessions' TTs are posted on the DM TT Boards.
. . . 1.1.a - In regards to Provision 1.1, any DM that is behind by 10 TTs or more at the time of the authoring of these provisions shall be granted the opportunity to create a single TT with relatively short summaries of all previously missed TTs. This would enable those DMs significantly behind in the posting of TTs would be capable of bringing their game summaries up to date. This addendum to Provision 1.1 shall become void once all DMs have come to current.

1.2 - The maximum time limit that a DM TT shall remain solely on the DM TT Board will be two (2) months. Once this time limit has been reached, a copy of the corresponding TTs shall be placed on the public PC TT Board, unless:
. . . 1.2.a - The posting DM petitions for additional time be alotted for confidentiality of sensitive materials contained within game summaries.
. . . 1.2.b - Said petition of addendum 1.2.a is approved by the DMC, or in the event of a DMC not being available, a plurality vote within the DM Body.

1.3 - That these Provisions shall be placed within the DM Constitution and made official and binding upon completed authoring of the DM Constitution. All amendments to the Provisions to TTs shall require a DMC vote, or in the event of a DMC not being available, a majority vote within the DM Body.

Amended experience GUIDELINE

Levels 1-5 = 100 xp / level / hour
Levels 6-8 = 200 xp / level / hour
Levels 9-11 = 300 xp / level / hour
Levels 12 and above = 400 xp / level / hour.

This is not to be used EVER as the way to decide a character's experience award. The award should be decided by the DM using the Experience Award System as given in the DMG. This is only a formula for deciding the maximum amount of XP that may be awarded for a session by a DM without having to check to see if it is allowed with the DMC or DM body (whichever is in authority at the time of the award).  This guideline should not in ANY way change the normal way that experience is decided by a DM and should not be used as the basis of ANY experience award EVER.
