I think the big thing that all the PCs needs to come up with more innovative to counter the plans of the DMs and their puppydog army. While the fire hydrants will obviously distract puppy dogs, the firefighters that will come along with them are obviously going to distract the female PCs. So I propose that the PCs do two more things:
1) Make a pact with diadria providing a supply of bones to distract the puppies even further.
2) Summon light rain showers to fill meadows with flowers and keep trees healthy, while turning their precious sunshine into a rainbow!
And hey ladies, not only will the firefighters be basking in the sun now: They'll be wet too.

Awww man, there's only one now? That totally ruined the whole thing! Then again, if it's a volunteer fire department, they're not as buff as the day-to-day firemen anyway... bah!

Horace dons his firefighter hat and parades around with Endel. He also snaps a few pictures (and fakes a few more) and creates the first annual Thardferrian Firefighters' Calendar, thus beating the inner circle to the punch and raising his own huge warchest to combat their future nefarious schemes.

Trust me, you don't want a Thardferrian calendar. :) The only characters with an inkling of Charisma in this place are the paladins, druids, and bards. ;) Everyone else, is single-digits thanks to the character creation system.

Me too Nyr - Horace's happens to be 14. Hah! The best looking PC gnome in Thardferr! 8) Hmmm. come to think of it, with Mahdia and Dinmet, we could probably go for the best looking adventure company as well But we're kinda evened out by Gul-shad the orc and Willow the dwarf, I suppose. *sigh* Oh and by the way, not one of us is a paladin, bard or druid!
