Hey folks,
Once again tryingto start a thread and not getting many responses. Add.thardferrmy tread isconstantly deleted, shows not alot of confidence in others in wanting to go. I know Jelani is still plannin for the East coast, but what about those near west coast & Canada West side?
So far we cant do things in january, too many of us are broke, I get bits and pieces of peoples opinions in ICq or seeing various sites. But we need to discuss dates and where guys.. Most of us are thinking somehwre in Oregon this year. ANd late march more than likely.
I really want this to fly, and Im sorry if I seem like a nag, but its only a few months away. People need time to save up some cash and make flight/car/train plans.
There have been quite a few responses at the Scions site, and in Gathis as well. So I hope things can work out people..*smiles*

Actually, if we can get an update on the East Coast geekfest, too, that would be greatly appreciated. The later I get information, the less likely it is that I can plan to go...

Find Fresno CA in the middle of California. find a place within say about 8 hours drive, call it 500 miles and I'll try my best to be there. I am still sorry about missing the last one. stupid work called me on to work a three day job jsut before it didn't get finished till around 7:30pm Friday. I should ahve jsut driven there that night and been there Saturday early, tired but at least made an appearance. I regret missing all the fun I heard about.

So I'm really, really gonna try to make it this time if it is at all posible.

Oh yeah, I'm really poor so keep the cost down as much as possible.

Have you ever been here Angel. If so you must have gotten lucky or something...

Anyway he is right, at least about location, it is pretty much right in the middle of the state.

Heh.. I mean surroudings are nice... at least when you like to do some "nature travel". When it comes to city.... perhaps traveller can get better impression than people have of own city by themselves... at least while driving by.

If it was somewhere in California, I could most likely make it. And March 22-30 is my spring break so that would work almost perfectly to have it at the end of march for me, so there is my input. And thankfully, in real life I can't consume my character in typo speech.

I'm definitely interested and can most likely make it, as I've said before.

Oh, and I still vote for Newport.
